We have just added another answer to the Answer Bank for the 2008 Administrative Law exam.  This answer is from different student to the answer we uploaded a few days ago, and received 85 for both questions.  It is listed as “Exam 2008 (Student 2)”.

A HD answer to Part 1 of the 2008 Admin Law Exam has just been uploaded to the LSS Answer Bank.  You can find it at http://aulss.org.au/education/answer-bank/ .  As a hint, the key to the first question was to argue the merits – not argue legal grounds of review, and not just say that it had merits review power, but actually argue the merits.
