The 2010 AULSS Legal Careers Fair is being held on Friday March 12 from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm in Bonython Hall. With the wide range of pathways being canvassed this year, the Fair provides a great opportunity to talk with a variety of potential employers and to stock up on stationery for the year ahead. Rumour has it that one exhibitor might even be bringing a popcorn machine along …

Hoodies: Update

Are you waiting for a hoodie you ordered and paid for a few months ago? We have not forgotten you! Having spoken with the manufacturers today, I can pass on that they hope to finish the order by Christmas. Whether or not we receive the order then, or in the new year (worst case scenario), an email will be sent out to all of you advising of times that you can pick up your long awaited jumpers.

Realising that some of you may be away during this period, we will happily store hoodies that have been paid for until it is convenient for you to pick them up.

Another Admin Exam Added to Answer Bank

Administrative Law Answer Added To Answer Bank

A HD answer to Part 1 of the 2008 Admin Law Exam has just been uploaded to the LSS Answer Bank. You can find it at http://aulss.org.au/education/answer-bank/ . As a hint, the key to the first question was to argue the merits – not argue legal grounds of review, and not just say that it had merits review power, but actually argue the merits.

We hope to have it have Part 2 online soon.
