The Tradition

In 2009, the University of Adelaide and Flinders University Law Schools extended their traditional intervarsity competiton to include UniSA for the first time in the Open Moot. The competition is designed to act as a ’send-off’ for the competitors in the Witness Examination and Open Moot competitions, giving them one last chance to refine their skills before competing at a national level at the Australian Law Students’ Association (ALSA) July Conference.

Hosted in 2009 by the University of Adelaide, this year the competitors were fortunate enough to be judged by Justices Gray, David, Anderson and Kelly of the Supreme Court of South Australia.
