About ALSA
The Australian Law Students’ Association holds a conference in July each year which invites law students from across Australia to compete against each other in competitions such as the Open Moot, the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Moot, Negotiations, Client Interviewing, Paper Presentation and the law reform competition the Kirby Cup. Each year the University of Adelaide sends the winners of its internal competitions to compete at ALSA. Where those winners are unable to go, the next best placed competitors are invited to attend in their place.
