Hate Hearsay? Here’s Help!Evidence Assignment

We’ve just added a HD paper from this semester’s Law of Evidence Mid-Semester Assignment to the aulss.org.au Answer Bank.  The usual disclaimers apply – this is not necessarily the best answer possible, but it was awarded a HD.

If you’ve got an assignment or exam that got a HD and want to share it with the world (anonymously of course), then email it@aulss.org.au, and we’ll add it to the Answer Bank.
