Last Tickets to Law Dinner!

Monday, August 10th, 2009

Law Dinner has sold spectacularly, with more than 650 South Australian Law Students attending from all three law schools.

Only a small number of Law Dinner tickets are still available to be purchased and will be available to buy between 12-2pm tomorrow (Tuesday 11 August). No tables are left, and only a few lots of 1-4 seats remain on tables, so be aware
that you may not be able to cater for a big group.

If you have reserved your name, or someone else’s name, and have outstanding payments, please do so tomorrow from 12-2pm, or email Ranjani to confirm your booking and arrange an alternative payment:

Barr Smith Library Laptop Lockers

Wednesday, August 5th, 2009

The Barr Smith Library Blog is advertising a new “Laptop Locker” service.

Laptop lockers are now available in the Barr Smith Library adjacent the level 3 student lounge. The laptop lockers can be used to recharge your laptop while it is securely stored.

While their site does not mention whether or not a fee is involved, it would seem to imply that there isn’t one.

See the original post here – http://barrsmithlibrary.wordpress.com/2009/07/30/laptop-lockers/

If anyone has tried the service, please leave a comment below and let us know how it went.
