Recently Daniel Kiley and Chong Tsang presented a lecture for first year students on effective study techniques for law school, and in particular how exam notes should come together. Attached are the slides and a recording of the lecture.
(Note that this lecture was given twice, on the Friday of Week 1, and the Wednesday of Week 2. The recording is from the Wednesday.)
The LSS would like to note that the aberrant first paragraph appearing in the article ‘Kain C + C Lawyers’ on page 19 is an editing error and not that of the author. Apologies to both the author and Kain C + C Lawyers in this regard.
